My Role:
The Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters (CHKD) is beloved by the Hampton Roads community. My work for CHKD ranged from web banners, landing pages, and outdoor boards to on-hold messaging, TV, and radio scripts. The work required a great deal of careful research, as the banner ads and corresponding landing pages are designed to be useful for parents worrying about their children's health.
One of CHKD’s yearly initiatives is the LemonAID fundraising event. Volunteers pick up kits to build lemonade stands in their neighborhoods, the proceeds of which support children with cancer at the hospital. For two years in a row, we helped organize and promote the event through a multichannel campaign, involving TV, digital banners, print, and radio.
